The scheme, which is known as RSS 18404, should be read in conjunction with ISO 18404. It is intended primarily to be used for reference by participating Accredited Accredited Certification Bodies and their client organisations, as well as the United Kingdom Accreditation Service UKAS, and individuals wishing to be certified for their competence under ISO 18404.
